This variety is grown under very specific conditions, using a very specific process and typically left on the trees 200 days to capture the perfect amount of sunshine. These apples are elongated and have an asymmetrical shape with a crunchy texture and tart taste. Red flushed, medium-sized fruits with exceptional flavor. Bright white flesh resists browning if sliced.
