A smaller and more narrow stature than its brother the Bloodgood. This tree is perfect for entryways, patios, and more narrow spaces. The foliage begins as dark red but turns into a deeper and darker burgundy color as it ages. In the fall, foliage turns to bright scarlet in color while the stems turn to blood red during the winter.
